To enter an event electronically, complete an entry form (you can download a blank fillable form from the link below). Sign the entry form and email it to entries@JPAWSAgility.com.
Once the email with the entry has been received, a Square invoice will be emailed to you (directly from Square) including the Square service fee ($0.30/ transaction plus 3.3%).
Once the payment is received, then your entry will be processed.
Don’t forget to include the club name on the entry form and specify which days you are entering.
